The Artist Smith Legal Information For legal reasons I do not create artwork of licensed properties for any business, unless they are the license owner. I will do artwork for an individual based on any idea, as long as that individual signs a form stating they will not attempt to reproduce the art for personal gain.
My artwork is for personal use unless a contract has been signed allowing you to use the art for business purposes. These forms will be e-mailed to you after initial contact has been made. This is only if the artwork uses a previously owned character,etc.

I will not do pornographic or sadistic artwork.
